Willie Piña, 2nd Vice President (retired from the Department of Human Services) has served on the Board since January 2002, with previous positions as President and Treasurer. Willie served as Precinct 1 County Commissioner in Bastrop County. He is very active with multiple military veterans’ organizations and the Bastrop community.
